Hello!
I am an IMG from India. I have visited a few program websites and some of them specifically mention about having US clinical experience that does not include observership or research experience. I am at a loss to understand how are IMGs supposed to get hands on clinical experience? How can programs ask for such an experience when they know IMGs are not allowed to work in hospitals before they are certified.
I am confused.

its an indication that they are not img friendly.so avoid those programs.only way that kind of exp. can be attained is through clerkships as med students,some caribbean med schools do.
