Thx a lot to everyone.though i came to know abt this site just few weeks before my exam so couldnt participate actively but all those advices and questions were of great help.
just got my result this weekend and wanted to thx u all for all ur help.it was important for me to get good score as my step 1 result was not too good due to some personal reasons which happened and couldnt be avoided.
i have my step 2CS coming up on 2nd oct.i would like to share my step 2CK experience with u all...i will do that soon.may be it can help anyone of u.

i would say its not easy but not difficult too.....just be clear with concept and kaplan notes are good enough.

Congrats..............dear

for how long u prepared for CK what materials u r used any scores u got it in KAPLAN Q bank , UW ,NBME, NMS to do a correlation

i just joined kaplan...went thru the material 3-4 times so that i know everything wht is in it.it was sufficient.i did the Q book of kaplan, few pretests, a mock exam book which was there at kaplan, went thru all most all the question in this forum(was of great help).i do feel u should do medicine from from some other book too as kaplan material is not sufficient.rest all subjects are fine.i did the kaplan cd and the one ecfmg had send.i made sure i know all the explanations of the questions i did.everyone says usmleworld is very good...u can join it if u have time.i didnt have time when i came to know.
i'll be very happy to share any of my experience...feel free to post any question anyone has.

congrats on your wonderful score.i am enrolled in kaplan center prep and only started studying for step 2 for the past 10 days. everyone told me that kaplan was enuff for internal medicine but if u felt it wasnt enuff could u plz point out some other resource which u feel is better.it wud really help.thanks.

Sorry i couldnt reply earlier as i had my Step 2CS exam....Now done with them...just Step 3 left to go...
Wht i felt was that may be if i would have done more of Mcqs of internal medicine it would have helped.I never did anything else so have no idea which book is good but i heard the blueprint is also good...i would personally suggest that u do more of questions of internal medicine as it is asked maximum.
as far as i remember maximum question were from Internal medicine then from peds and then from Obgyn...rest all were in equal proportion.
