Dear BBB, I am asking for your idea, can I use this LOR or better use a one which has less sentance but generallly good words for me?

I got a recommendation from a U.S doctor in university program after one month of externship (exactly like medical student does), actually I work with attending doctor every min. Everybody told me she is a very strict doctor and high requirement, she is the director of department. Her LOR is very long. She said a lot of good thing about me like made very good improvement and hardworking, good relationship to peer and supervisor and to patients, self-effacing and warm-hearted.... BUT she said "INITIALLY I was ill prepared in her presentations of patients and sometimes jump directly o labs and cultures. Had difficulty organizing my thoughts. However, with practice and pesistance I rapidly made major strides in my presentations. And LOR said I showed great improvement in my presentation and quickly learned to wwrite good progress notes. In short, she believe me has the makings of becoming a good physician and can recommend her to your residency program.
