... if this is possible:
i get match in a program that i don't like very much... for different reasons.. but i have to start in that program - is there any chance that I can go to a better program next year for PGY2 or do I have to start with PGY1 again?
Now my short story: got 99/261 in step 1, plan to take step 2 and CS in order to enter the match in 2006 (in Pediatrics) ... but no USCE (I'm still a student and i'll finish in october next year - so basicly i have no time for that).
I looked on the i-net for programs and i found out that the best programs require USCE...
So I don't think I have a chance other than go for any residency that i can get and hope for a better one...
