Took Step 1 3 Wk Back. Reapplied for Step 1 on oasis and it said my score isn't registered yet so they don't let me applied. Check the Step2 CS today and they allowed me to register. Does this mean I passed? I knew my friend who failed 2 Mo ago couldn't apply for this step.

Yesterday when I did oasis trick, it told me my score's isn't registered yet. But if you apply with 2005 materials for step 2 CS it allowed you to register, because there are no requisite now to have step 1 , 2 before CS.
