Hi,
I´m a medstudent from Brazil and i´m planning to go to the US for residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship. What´s the best visa for me??? Do I have good chances to stay in the US for life after all or I´ll have to come back to my country???

The question should be: will you be happy after all if you stay in the US? Is this what you really want to do in your life? If yes, then go for it.
Your chances depend on what you do to achieve whatever you wish for... ok I'll stop being a preacher now.
Each visa has its own pros and cons. Look up one of the post here under Visa and Immigration. The angel bbb has kindly elaborated it all for us.
