Sorry to hear you are disappointed, you have still passed and i am sure there is a way if you try hard enough (might not even be that hard if the rest of your application is solid). But is it really necessary to post the same message over and over again in most of the forums? Most users habitually read all forums and one posting is enough to catch the eye of people here, not however many you posted, it just gets tiring.

1)Dont freak out!! As said above its not neccessary to post the same q 10,000 times or in most of the forums. One time in the support forum would be more then enough. No offense but if you post the same q 10,000 times you nearly freak us out and you impose on the time factor. 2) Back to your question.- Every year there are some residency slots left over and you should be able to get one depending on your presentation at interview time.

Keep your chin up! Internal medicine is not impossible to get into. I know of people getting into residency slots every year without a Step 1 score even! What is important is the rest of your application, clinical experience, recommendation letters, and your interview. Never give up! Cheers, pinkangel

hey usmledoctor1 believe in yourself and in those who stand by you. My opinion is that the US residency system is made up that way, that once you passed the exams, you can get a residency. Information means a lot, inform yourself and be confident in your strenght..good luck
