simple concept .. the main regulatory enzymes of 'gluconeogensis ' are the ones that circumvent that of 'glycolysis ' PDH carboxylase is unique PEPcarboxylase fructose 16 bisphosphatase and ofcoarse everybodys favorite enzyme ...Mr von gierke himself..glucose 6 phophatase
