I think its E and A.
I would appreciate it if anyone knows and can inform us what are the microscopic findings of the answers in Q.2.....I know phyloiddes tumour is malignant and has 'leaf'like projections and its huge.....not sure what histo. component its composed of though. As for medullary carcinoma I know is seen in the thyroid....is it also seen in the breast and yes.....what will one see?

1. D. Estrogen (OCP) would cause hypertrophy.
Cyst formation has very little , if any to do with OCP.

2. A. srtomal + epithelial component is normal in breast tissue...since there is no path..it should be friboadenoma

1.C ( Galactocele ... this is the correct answer combined with the question ..... i dont agree with this answer till now as i choosed the hypertrophy as your answers ... but the explanation of the answer said ... "Hypertrophy is incorrect as Hypertrophy is a function of breast sensitivity to hormonal stimulation"..... So, what is your comments now ....

2.B ( Fibroadenoma is usually of small size )

well, i have never heard of galactocele in relation to ocps. moreover effect of hormones on breast during pregnancy is well known. so i still m not sure wethe rthe answer given is correct or not.
about 2nd q, i agree with the answer. size of mass was an important factor. more over fobroadenoma is usually seen at a younger age
