What happened to the Bowman Capsule in chronic Hypertension?

Chr HTN causes high Renin production so there will be high Angiotensin II level,which constrics efferent arteriol of Bowman's capsule causing increase in GFR and decrease in RPF ,the result is increased FF.(FA 2004 page 357)
Well in the long run bowmans epithelia will be "leaky" because of chronic presure damaging epithelium.
