my q. is about C.botulinum
i am confused about the effect of toxin.
is it block the N.T(ACh) release or block the ACh-R on sk.muscle nerve end plate?
i saw both explanation in different books.

It blocks the release of ACh. The toxin is a protease that cleaves proteins, which are important for the exocytosis. :lol:
