Type 4 is induced by insulin in all types of tissue and Type 2 are found in the liver and brain. The others not so sure of.

if you have kaplan biochem. it's explained very well in there GLUT 1 & 3: present in most tissues (including brain, nerves, and RBCs); basal uptake of glucose. GLUT 2: present in hepatocytes. responsible for uptake and release of glucose from liver GLUT 4: present in adipose tissue and skeletal muscle. insulin-stimulated glucose uptake
