exam score; 99/250 kaplan online q bank 78% usmle world-76% nbme1 650 didnt have the guts to take nmbe 2 , used kaplan notes only, was working part time too, prepared for step 2 ck starting from may 5 th and gave it on july 26. this forum really helped thanks to all.

My step 2 CK Score: 215/87
UW: 62% . always random and multidisciplinary. I did only 80% of it until one day before the test
USMLE diagnostic test : 45/46 , 41/46 and 42/46 . 5 days before the test
Qbook 72%
I didnt do qbank neither took nbme.

Hi everybody,Here is my scores:
Real exam:99/258
Mock exam:89%
USMLE cd:45/42/42
Qbank: done but percent N/A
I took step2ck first and now I have to prepare for step 1.It took 5 months to prepare.here are my sources: BluePrint: Medicine,OBGYN,Pediatrics,Psychiatry & Surgery-FirstAid 4 usmle step 2(I only read some sectionns(derm.,infect.,Neurol.,cardiol.))-Surgery kaplan notes-Ethics and Epidemiology Kaplan Notes.
I was away from academic sources after I got my md for 3 years but I decided to take the exam and I did it.I was an average student so reaching a 99 teritory is possible for most of you.
One last comment:reading answers of questions is more important than other things;rely on them.

kAPLAN Q BANK - 75-100 (AVERAGE AFTER EVRYTHING 82%)
UW - AVG 76% (B/N 0-100%) (Did only about 75% of it and absolutely loved it)
DID NOT DO NBME.
AVG PREPRATION TIME - 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS.

USMLE World 58% overall average (random, unused, completed about 65% of ?'s)
Kaplan cd ?'s: 76%, 76%, 72%
Mock exam book: 68-87%
USMLE CD from NBME- average of 3 was 87%
NMBE 1 (3 wks before): 430 (199)
NMBE 2 (few days before): 450 (204)
Studied 2 focused months, OB/GYN was my only shaded subject, remember missing lots of really basic questions so I deserved it. Surgery and Peds had been my other 2 weakest subjects but after watching the Kaplan lectures on those subjects they went up and on the score report were equal to medicine and pscyh. So they must have helped a lot.
Very pleased with my score. Took 3 weeks for score to be reported and results came on 4th mail day afterward.

Kaplan Q bank-NA, kaplan Q Book-only 10 tests,avg 78%
NBME 1-450 1 week before the exam. NBME2- 510 the day before the exam
No review books.Studied for around 3 and half months.2 revisions of kaplan notes only. Few topics 3 revisions.
