Exam was on Sep 21 in London, reported Oct 11
Step 2 CK- 99/238
USMLE CD-39(did only one block)
Usmleworld-64-66 (65% completed)
NBME 2 (a day prior)-500
The result was totally unexpected. 4weeks prep time (intensive-2 weeks).Wanted to postpone after i saw the NBME score but couldn't bc of the match.Found the exam much easier than the NBME though.
Resources-First Aid CK, Uw Qbank, Jottings from step 1(taken july 26)

prep time app 5.5 months .was not regular in first few months.here is my prep
usmle world first time 59 %timed n random
kaplan timed n random 70 %qbook 70 to 80 did nt complete whole of it.nbme 1 220.nbme 2 229 did downloade version of nbme 3 kaplan notes 3 times did dvd too not all of them usmle cd 44 42 n 35

Hello....
Exam date 10 oct in Sydney Australia, result online 31 Oct
Total study time 11 weeks, approxmately 8-10 hours per day
NBME 1 620 (four weeks prior)
NBME 2 620 (two weeks prior)
UWorld 70% (all questions + wrong answers done again)
Kaplan 76%
Actual score 260/99
Did Kaplan videos twice/three times, read the notes, made even more comprehensive notes, don't bother with any other resources, I think Kaplan videos + Uworld + Kaplan online quesitons = more than enough to get a good mark

i studied for 3 months i was lucky to have my hubby as study partner.both of us sit for step2 ck on 11th oct.
UW - i think its best study material for ck-i read it as text .my score around 70%
usmle cd -this was my biggest relief both of us scored 90%
nbme -not done
kaplan q bank-around 80%
real score -mine is 238/99 my husband scored 236/98

Actually I just got my result by email, on Nov 7 AM.
Summary of my experience: took Step 1 April 27, 2007 (second attempt), then CS August 9, 2007, and finally Step 2 October 12. Study for CS and CK only after Step 1, while working full-time. Had 1 week off before CS and three before Step 2.
For Step 2 read only Kaplan lecture notes and did 2 blocks of kaplan questions after each subject. In the last three weeks before the test did all USMLE World questions: overall 53%, last 10 blocks 68%. Also reviewed Brochert's secrets selectively. NBME 2 taken two weeks before the test was 400
Step 2 score: 212/87, Step 1 was 211/87

i scored 99/247
my overall correct in usmle world was 70%
my overall study period was 5 months just after step1 exam
i just used kaplan notes + some kaplan videos + crush + qbook + usmle world which was the best for me
my step1 score was 99/247 also

Full two month prep, with job. Studied only Kaplan notes, and listened OBG and Paeds Lectures by Kaplan.
USMLE CD: 35, 36, 39 two days before exam
USMLE WORLD. 67%, Completed 85 % (highly recommended)
