IM ALSO IN THE SAME BOAT AS U, IVE POSTED A REPLY TO UR POST, KINDLY TELL ME WAT HAPPENED WHEN U CALLED ECFMG, I TRIED TO CALL BUT DUE TO HEAVY RAINS HERE IN INDIA, THE LINES COULDNT GET THROUGH, I ALSO GAV EXAM ON 29 JULY, BUT STILL NOT RECIEVED MY SCORE CARD.

Relax-You're out of the U.S. Id say give them at least 7 or 8 weeks.

I didn't call afterall- I just send them an email to info@ecfmg.org in which i explained my problem and told them to send me a copy (we are allowed a free copy).
But - happily for me the next day I got my result... for me it took from 25 of august to 15 september (22 days)
