Do you know if there is a significant difference among 2002, 2003 and 2004 editions of Kaplan books? Do they update or extend it every year? Briefly, is the 2004 edition worth the additional couple of hundred dollars?
Thank you

I've learned that Kaplan released "USMLE step 2 update list" in March 2004. I believe this addendum updates the information in previous editions. Is there anyone who has such an update and is willing to share?
Thank you

Dear Tasneem:
Foremost, I'd like to thank you for your reply. I've recently bought the orange colored - so called 2004 - books. If you like, we can compare them and if there are any additions/corrections whatever, I'd be very pleased to share them with you. At the moment I can't think of a way to do this feasibly but I believe we'll find a way. Please let me know.

hi guys,

here is an idea -- as you may know, any person can get a free 1 day
ka plan pass. When you get to the center, you can ask to sample tapes and books (new edition, of course). Bring you old edition along and compare! According to my info, not much difference at all. Please kindly let me know if I am wrong. Good luck.
