Isit difficult for a cardiologist to fing a waiver job
And is it still true that finding a fellowship with a j1 visa easier than a an h1visa
And if i work as hospitalist after residency for 3 years make my chances of finding a fellowship any weaker
Thanks in advance
Your best chance of matching is fresh out of medicine residency (some people have gotten fellowship after hospitalist-sometimes depending on research and publications achieved during that period).
As long as you are open to going anywhere you will be ok
As a cardiologist you will get a job somewhere as long as you are open to going anywhere. Trying to do cardiology waiver in Massachusett, NY etc is impossible.
