I am Egyptian doctor.
MBBCh (primary medical diploma)(Egypt) 2003
USMLE I & II CK (2004 & 2006)
MSc Gastroenterology 2008
OET May 2014
Saudi Prometric exam of INT MED 2014
Oman Prometric exam of int med 2014
MRCP UK 2014

Work experience...................
Resident gastroenterology (University Hospital, Egypt) (2005-2008)
Specialist gastroenterologist (University Hospital, Egypt) (2008-now)
Registrar in GIT endoscopy unit ( Kuwait ) for 2 years.
Locum consultant gastroenterologist in Saudi Arabia (3 months)

I want to have CS (failed 3 times).Is it wise?Can I have US residency (internal medicine & gastroenterology)?Is it impossible?

What are your USMLE scores

The failures will haunt you. SOme programs will screen you out and will not even have the chance to look at your other credentials.

For now your goal is to get into internal medicine. Getting into GI fellowship afterwards might be tough (due to failures) unless you have extensive research and publications in the area.

If you havent done observerships then you should do that. ALlowing programs to know you on the personal level could help in getting interviews
