HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS - The following are medications which have the potential under some conditions to produce hepatotoxicity (damage to the liver): amiodarone, anabolic steroids, androgens, asparaginase, carbamazepine, dantrolene, dapsone, daunorubicin, disulfiram, divalproex, erythromycin, estrogen, fluconazole, halothane, gold compounds, isoniazid, ketoconazole, labetalol, lovastatin, methimazole, methotrexate, methyldopa, phenothiazines (i.e.: chlorpromazine!), phenytoin, plicamycin, pravastatin, propylthiouracil, rifampin, simvastatin, sulfonamides, and valproic acid.

thanks PsychDr2B,so warfarin is the drug which is not hepatotoxic

Osteopenia is a potential complication in children receiving long-term warfarin therapy and periodic monitoring of bone density is suggested
