Could someone list the cardiopulmonary changes in pregnancy? With explanations for each would be very helpful.

Physiologic changes of pregnancy induce a state of relative hypercoagulability. ----Pregnancy is associated with a decrease in protein S; increases in factors I, VII, VIII, and X; and progressive resistance to protein C activity
