If you've watched the Kaplan videos you know that Dr. Raymond likes to talk about the three C's for Anti-Muscarinics: Cardiotox, Convulsion, and Coma. I understand the cardiotoxicity coming from the inhibition of M2 and overstimulation of B1 but I don't understand how you can get coma and convulsion from antimuscarinics.
