I think I go with C, because it is common in Enfective endocarditis.

Answer is C MR & AR are both seen in Endocarditis but AR is the one that causes diastolic murmur

the ans. is e BUT PLS. REMEMBER MR CAN ALSO PRODUCE A DIASTOLIC MUMUR IT IS CALLED "RETONS MURMUR". SO I DIS AGREE WITH TUEDDAY.
