I think I go with C, because it is common in Enfective endocarditis.

a,e will cause systolic one so i prefer c

Answer is C
MR & AR are both seen in Endocarditis but
AR is the one that causes diastolic murmur

BUT PLS. REMEMBER MR CAN ALSO PRODUCE A DIASTOLIC MUMUR IT IS CALLED "RETONS MURMUR".
SO I DIS AGREE WITH TUEDDAY.
