When USMLE™ Step 2 Clinical Skills (Step 2 CS) is implemented in mid-2004, the English language proficiency test will no longer be a requirement for ECFMG Certification. Refer to New for 2004 and English Language Proficiency Test in the 2004 Information Booklet for additional information.
