I see Dr. Najeeb's lecture about urine concetration and dilution, and i don't understand why the osmolarity of vasa recta that after counter current exchanger, the value is 325 osm/L and it's not the normal plasm osmolarity (300 osm/L), How the explanation about it ? Thanks
