how many Q are there in NBME
do u guys suggest me to do both or usmle world is enough ,i have less than a month left

Usmle world has 2050 Qs. And I would tell you to do that and you will be glad you did.
I didnt do nbme,so cant say anything about it.

the 2, 4- block assessments avilaible at nbme site are most simlar to actual test. they are just for practice.
each costs 45 $s. they dont tell u which questions u did wrong and what r the correct answers but they give u the score and ur performance in a way identical to what u would receive as ur actual step result from ecfmg.
