So...if D2 receptors are blocked,since they are Gi coupled adenylate Cyclase is not activated and cAMP is not formed so ...post synaptic GABAergic neuronal transmission is decreased right?? How is that gonna help?considering GABA being a inhibitory neurotransmitter??
