Ok you guys, here are my two cents!
First of all, you have to be well rested, because it is very, very tiresome, and of course you are stressed , so that makes it even more tiresome.
My adivce on this is to please rest well before, if possible don't study the day before!
All the subjects are tested, so if you want to increase your chances of doing well you have to study all the subjects. Comparing what I had with what other people said they had, I realized that the exams are of course different (d'oh!...).
It is not a killer, but you have to know your stuff. Don't skim through a subject that you think might not be tested that heavily, please, know the basics at least, I mean really know them, 'cause if you're only familiar with the idea or the fact (whatever you wanna call it), and you are confronted with similar answer options, you're not gonna know exactly which one it is for sure, you're gonna lose time over trying to figure it out, and stress over it which is gonna affect the rest of your performance.
And every question well answered increases your score, whereas every question answered wrong decreases it of course.
FA is a wonderful tool, excellent for last minute review, but like I said, not to be skimmed through, but to really know cold everything that's on there!
I honestly don't know how I did. There were things I knew right away, there were others that I think I figured out , and then there were things that I didn't know 'cause I either did not remember, things that I hadn't gone over and then there were questions where I blanked, a few , super easy ones but I just couldn't think , couldn't remember for the life of me. And I was going kinda like oh, my God, oh, my God, what am I gonna do, what am I gonna do? That's why I can not stress enough how important it is to be rested and to keep your cool so that you can focus.

i'm sure you did well  yes, you're right. the questions are a mixture of everything- very easy, kinda easy, kinda know, and do not know :lol:
i felt bad this morning. i remembered the very easy questions i missed :? i guess this will haunt me until i get the results on the mail.

DXTX, I did QBank. Most of the Q stems in QBank are much longer than the ones I had. But hey are comparable as far as the rest. So if you do well on the QBank they say it is a good predictor of doing well on the exam.
I studied Physiology from BRS, which is a good book, but I also read some from Kaplan, too, which I think is super good. It really explains the stuff extremely well and they have Qs at the end of each chapter which are super, too. So I recommend the Kaplan book very highly!
Like Dr Goljan says, you gotta know the normal so that you can understand and know the abnormal!
