Hi I have been trying to understand how the western blot works,for the last half an hour but I just dont get it?Can someone out there please put an end to my confused and over worked brain?

WB analyzes protein, separating them by size with electrophoresis using a probe(either Iodine125 or enzyme linked antibody) based on a negative charge of the protein.[used to measure amount of antigen, protein or antibody] Hope this helps
