An 18 mth old child presents to the emergency centre having had a brief ,generalized tonic clonic seizure .He is now post ictal & has a temperature of 40C ( 104F ) .During the lumbar puncture ( which proves to be normal ) ,he has a large ,watery stool that has both blood & mucus in it ,The most likely diagnosis in this patient is

IT IS MOST LIKELY SHIGELLA, SALMONELLOSIS WON`T HAVE MUCOID BLOODY STOOLS, MAY BE BLOODY YES BUT NOT BOTH
