yeah ...i missed it..

i thought CNS inv and therefore cherryred spot is common only in taysach's..but now i read it is seen in gauchers too..

one confusion please
the link u send also says that cherry red spot is also present in metachromatic leukodystrophy

this option is also there in Q

one more thing in which it can come positive as a lter finding is Central retinal artery occlusion CRAO
