Hello everyone,
i need some guidance here. i have my exam in 20 days. i am about to start the crush step3. i have the old edition 2001 and now i am thinking of buying the new 2nd 2004 edition. can anyone tell me if there is any significant difference between the 2??? plz spare some time and reply.

I wouldn't buy the new edition, the second edition have 5 pages more than the old edition.

thanks prep4usmle.
I dont know why am I still confused. I have been reading the CRUSH STEP 3 and some of the information given is outdated. eg the classification of hypertension. it is quite old. also the way dysrrhythmias have been described. do you have any idea whether the topics in the new edition have been updated?? I mean in addition to the 5 more pages in 2nd edition is there any difference from the 1st edition ?or are the chapters and their contents exactly the same??
