i've seen some conflicting stuff on this, but my read is:

ADCC (non-complement)

IgG: NK's only
IgE: NK's + eos

is this other people's opinion too?

thanks!

this would enable us to say, complement ADCC but poor cellular ADCC comes from...switch deficiency.

or, that NK killing but no eo killing comes from IL3 deficiency.

don't you sometimes feel like they should put out a FA that's twice as long but has EVERYTHING you need to know!

whoops, i mean il4 deficiency : )

I'm not aware that IgE is involved in ADCC.Are you sure it happens??

  #6

yup. it happens. it's how it gets the eos involved in allergic reactions!
