For sure it is Chagas disease caused by Trypanosoma cruzi.

that's correct....
it's CHAGAS DISEASE...
OR CHRONIC TRYPANOSOMIASIS..

ALSO ADDED TO THIS TRIAD IS DEMENTIA....WHICH I DID NOT INCLUDE IN THE TRIAD BUT THE PATIENTS HAVING THIS TRIAD ALSO HAVE DEMENTIA FOR SURE......

WHAT IS THE TREATMENT OF THIS CONDITION ?

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY YEARS AFTER INITIAL INFECTION WITH T.CRUZI DOES PATIENT DEVELOP THESE TRIAD SYMPTOMS..?

Chagas disease:

treatment: none wait to die, of complications of dilated cardiomyopathy, megacolon.

Takes many years before si/sx set in. maybe 10????

chaga disease does not have any cure....
and it takes app. 10 years or more to devolop............
