MACROVESICULAR FATTY LIVER:
alcohol, amiodarone, corticosteroids, methotrexate

MICROVESICULAR FATTY LIVER :
didanosine, stavudine, tetracycline,valproic acid, zidovudine

GRANULOMAS ON LIVER:
allopurinol, quinidine, quinine, pneytoin, phenylbutazon

FIBROSIS & CIRRHOSIS:
methotrexate, vitamin A

PELIOSIS HEPATITIS(BLOOD-FILLED CAVITIES):
anabolic steroids, azathioprine, oral contraceptive steroids.

sulfonamides also cause liver granulomas ... DANAZOL also causes peliosis. thanks
