not just that bluedusk. when u say trauma, it gets out of being spontaneus ı guess..

) ıt's true ı think. but during trepanoma pallidum infection patient may experience splenic rupture due to enlarged spleen. but ı go for EBV if u read anyting about that ,please notify me. thanks..

i, too, agree with EBV. its not that common with T pallidum
