very close...

1. glutamine PRPP aminotransferase (gets that first N on PRPP that hooks onto the purine glycine next).

2. the specific part of CAD i believe is not CPSII but the next enzyme, aspartate transcarbamoylase, which actually affixes the CP onto aspartate.
