Hi everyone,
I am listening to Goljan lectures, and obviously he shows some pictures/slides to his class. I have purchased this CD from ebay, and there are some separate pictures in there, but I doubt that these are the ones presented on the lectures.
Anyone knows how to get those pictures.
Also, can anyone advise what's the best sourse of pictures to be looked at for Step 1.
