55 yrs elder who smokes and drinks ETOH . which Vaccine to be given ?
a. Td vaccine
b. influenza
c. pneumococcal
:roll: answer given was A , but my Q is why not B ??since it has been improved to age 55 instead of 60,for giving influenza vaccine .

Infleunza immunization starts at the age of 50.Not 55 or 60(according to Kaplan books).So the answer should have been B plus or minus A.

asmi how is that Q source? I have done the Q bank ,Qbook and NMS. Now I am revising the Qs I got wrong.I am one month away from my exam date.Shall I revise my books and the already done Q sources OR do I have to do the USMLE world Qs?
I mean is that a must to do the usmle world?

Ya asmi.I suscribed today and did 250 Qs.Very good source.
I also encountered the above Q.But not convinced with their explanation.At least the past immunization history should have been mentioned to let us know that he was not already vaccinated for Td.
