:idea: physostigmine isn't always powerful in atropin toxicity :o ?because it can convert d situation towards heart stop :!: ..due to excess accumulation of ACh in heart by AChE inhibition..SO first think U do in atropin toxicity is LARGELY symptmatic Rx :icon_boom:
