hi guys,,, answer D sounds good but dont you remeber that the guilt feeling is one of the important things in addicts? dont they feel gulty about there problem and usually admit it?
why wouldnt the answer be B???

you are right guys, actually when i answered the question, D was my answer but B got me a little confused because of the guilt feeling but as well i thought it wouldnt be an open end quetion and as well by talking about his children , you are assuming that he is a bad father which the patient might not like but just wanted to make sure B wasnt the answe,,, thanx guys and wish me luck, exam in the day after tommorow
