A 9year old boy presents with confusion and decreased school perfermance.He soon developes spastic gait with dysarthria and dysphagia.He also developes visual loss.an MRI scan shows massive demyelination of the white matter in the posterior areas of the hemispheres.What is the most likely diagnosis?

1..juvenile onset metachromatic leukodystrophy
2..adrenoleukodystrophy
