Hi,
The complains about the sleep, appetite, pleasure, memory orient the diagnosis to depression but I'm not sure about his delusions about the internal organs or that he is dead.
Probably it is a depression with psychotic features so my guess is for antipsyichotics.
Hmm, am I right ?
:? ::very_confused::
