We must be careful with everyposting because there are some new people who can felt down in a false security to pass exam.
I think that scoring 80 in USMLE CD(ECFMG people send you when you suscribe to take step 2ck) is pretty near that your really chance to pass step 2.
With USMLEWORD I was reading posts and I can conclude that is only 10 to 15points below your real sccore(ie If you get 65 in USMLEWORD bank, you probably will get 75 to 80 in the real test).
With Kaplan QBank I think that is pretty close.
But you must know that every test is different, some people have very very long questions(most) and some( very lucky) relatively short questions,so you never know.
Try to study as much as you can and do a lot a lot of questions, I think that NMBE is a MUST, and USMLEWORD QBANK also.
But not only take test to say I did 200 question per day, the most important part is to check answers: the right one and the incorrect too, and try to figure out why you fail..............Image as you are in the real test and how much you want a know the true answer... :shock:

...............but at least i think people here is a MD, or going to be one........ so they should know how to evaluate them selves and not being fooled by others :? :? :? .............!?!?!?!?!?!

Thanks Noky. I agree.
I scored on Kaplan step 1 simulated CD 52% and on real exam my score was 86.
No matter how everybody think, I still believe that NBME is the best approximation of the step. They would never send out something which they themselves not believe is the true reflector of the exam's actual level of difficulty.
