A screening test X for a common disease D has a positive and negative predicitve value of P and N respetively when the prevalence is 10%.
Next ,over time due to unforseeable circumstances prevalence miraculously dips down.Surely, the angels have been shining down. The tests sensitivity and specificity remain unchanged.
What happens to P and N ? :!:

1.)P decreases N increases
2.)Both P and N decrease
3.)P increases and N decreases
4.)Both Increase
5.)No change
6.)Cannot happen in real life, a technical impossibility
:?:
