I would first of all request you to not delete this post.
I know this topic has been discussed before but this is sensitive issue here and would like opinions as previous post had different views.
I want to switch my neurology residency program for which i matched on J-1 visa.
It is for 2013 match.
i have the following questions

1.Can i switch program on j-1?
worry: i read in some forum that if i try to change my program on j-1 i need to do my waiver for j-1 visa twice.

2. How complicated is the process? What do we need to explain the nrmp?i would try to get a letter from my transitional year program.Do i also need a letter from my current neurology residency program for which i matched for 2013?
worry: do the program file a law suit against u since u are violating the nrmp rules?
the PD can be angry on me .

3.how much time does it take again for the visa processing of the j-1? is the transfer easy?

Please do reply in details. It is really worrying issue for me right now.
