alpha-1
Methoxamine=mostly alpha-1, produces vasoconstriction at the arterioles, elev TPR and therefor increases BP. Used for paroxysmal supreventricular tachycardia and to correct halothane induced hypotension.

Phenylephrine+also mostly alpha-1, also a vaso constrictor, hypertensive agent, when given IV it produces reflex bradycardia, used in nasal decongestant sprays, eyedrops for mydriasis, also used for supraventricular tach

alpha-2
Clonidine=a "central-acting" hypotensive also good for symptomatic relief of withdrawal from opiates and benzos.

I can't find another alpha-2 agonist! Got one for me?

methyldopa stimulates apha 2 preynaptic receptors and inhibits release of NE.
