Can anyone tell me an easy way to remember the hand muscle and cutaneous innervation. I keep thinking I got it down and then qbank blasts me once again. ?

Ill start with the thenar eminence OAF Opponens pollicis-median n. Abductor pollicis brev-median n, Flexor pollicis brev.-median n./ deep branch of ulnar Adductor pollicis -ulnar n.(2 parts) AEE Abductor pollicis longus-radial n. Extensor pollicis brevis-radial n. Extensor pollici longus-all 3 of these -posterior interosseus of radial n.

I don't have any mnemonics but this is how I remember Cut your hand at ulnar and a half line throw it away to ulnar nerve .(FLEX Little finger will help) Now look at your 3 1/2 palm it's all median n. Turn your 3 1/2 dorsal up a dog bite 3 fingers(except thumbs cos it's less prominent) at PIP region >still median n. Now you have radial n. left Hope it helps or may be not
