A 23 yo woman complained of 2 days of visual loss asso. with discomfort in the rt. eye.She appeared otherwise healthy , but her family reported recurrent problems with bladder control over the prior 2 yrs, which the pt. was reluctant to discuss. On neuro exam: this young woman exhibited dysmetria in her rt. arm, a plantar extensor response of the left foot , and slurred speech. The most informative ancillary test wud be expected to be.... a.Visual evoked response (VER) testing b.Sural nerve biopsy c.EEG d.MRI e.CT

Pos babinski, focal dysmetria, apparent dysarthria......multifocal CNS lesion. sources: CMDT, First aid for step2,kaplan notes.
