Dear BBB ,
I have EAD and my asylum case is pending .Do i have to apply for H1 visa or else EAD will work for me ? In that case i have to take step 3 soon .

Think of EAD as a "pre-green card" - you don't need a visa, you can work. No problem
(An EAD is the next best thing to a green card)
