Hi guys:-) I'm an IMG from Iraq and I just started applying for PTAL. I have a question considering form L5: we did clinical clerkships over 4years: for eg, we did internal medicine in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth year. How do I write that down in form L5 ( don't know how to fill the from- to thing!) Also, would a certified copy of the transcripts be ok? Or does it have to be the original? I would really appreciate ur help. Im frustrated and confused!
